Usage: ADSS preformed wire Clamp mainly used for the fixing and anchor tight of overhead self-supporting ADSS optical cable. It is generally installed in the terminal tower, tight line Tension tower, angle tower and other locations.
Composition: Each set preformed wire Clamp is consist of an inner twisted wire, outer twisted wire and pulling ring. Users can configure other optional connector according to the design requirements.
Features: preformed wire Clamp’ gripping power for wire (cable) can up to 95% of the ultimate tensile strength (R.T.S) , no stress concentration and vibration stress influence.
Single-Clamp
Usage: similar with ADSS clamp, ADSS single-Clamp is mainly used for rotation , strain in short span ranged from 50 ~ 200 meters of terminal tower and so on. Besides, it is not only suitable for aerial cables, but also can be used for installation of overhead wires, cable , and traction during the cable construction .
Features: simple structure, quick and easy installation. Composition: Single Clamp is consist of wire-cutter, pulling rings, U-rings and other components. Single-Clamp can be customized by material of select aluminum-clad steel wire or galvanized steel wire according to the application and user's requirement.
Suspension Clamps
Uses: Similar to the ordinary hanging clamp,ADSS preformed suspension clamp is mainly applied to the line of aerial self-supporting ADSS cable , used to hang the ADSS cable. It is recommended to use in environments in the corner ≤30º .
Features:
1, equitable distribution of low static stress , improve the dynamic stress (such as vibration or dancing) capacity, it’s grip power can up to 10% to 20% of the ultimate tensile strength (RTS) .
2, no rigid contact with cable (Flexible Hold) , minimize the wear.
3, excellent material make the clamp has good flexibility and toughness, strong fatigue and corrosion resistance, long life of safety service.
4, It can not only protect the cable effectively, but also greatly reduced corona discharge and electromagnetic loss because of its smooth contour shape. Composition: Preformed suspension clamp consist of inside and outside preformed wire, rubber plug, hanging plywood (housing) and other components. Users can configure other optional connector according to the design requirements.
